Logic Pro 9 Tutorial: Synth Glitch and Sampling Technique
http://syllix.bandcamp.com As always I make these tutorials to help you guys out and because I love to teach and share knowledge. If you learned something and would like to help me out in return, you can support me by buying my music on bandcamp. Any amount is appreciated but it's not necessary. I'm just glad you're here watching my videos :) Take care, and stay creative! -Ryan ------------------------ In this video I explain some of my sampling techniques and how I go about creating glitchy synth sounds in Logic Pro 9. This video also shows you how you can use those samples as either filler elements to your tracks or to help create interesting melodic rhythm. You can apply this technique and use it for any audio files you have in your songs. Use it for synths, drums, anything. Be creative, experiment, and have fun :) This is my first tutorial so I probably forgot to explain some things so please don't hesitate to ask questions or comment and I will be happy to answer them! (I was also pretty nervous as you can tell... did you count how many times I said 'uh' and 'um'? haha). This was pretty fun so I will be making more tutorials in the future :) ~Syllix The examples in this video were from my track called "Fragments" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsMB7ZrC3ew http://www.soundcloud.com/syllix http://www.facebook.com/syllixmusic Software: Logic Pro 9 Audio Recorder: Tascam DR-07 Screen capture software: Quicktime (sorry...)
