My Hello Kitty heart can’t believe this day is here. I feel like I’ve posted "album coming soon" so many times but I can officially say 'bye bitch' to the days of music pending. Since the release of my Comeback Queen EP I’ve been working on new music so I could further reveal my heart and soul to y’all. I was really depressed, so I wrote about it. I was fucked off with how women are still objectified, so I wrote about it. I was (and still am) saddened by the state of the world, so I wrote about it. In the past, I tried to be a perfect Southern girl, tried to make my family proud but I realized what worked best and made them proudest was just doing me, no matter how much I fucked up along the way. This education is what led me to my personal motto and the title of my new album, "In Loving Memory Of When I Gave A Shit." If you’ve seen me live, you know how important it is to me that each of you feels heard, understood, loved and necessary and I wanted to be able to translate that into an album.
