Long Lever Bridge is the second progression in hamstring rehab. Have the heels further out and perform a bridge. Keep creeping the heels out until you can recreate the sensation in the tendon of your hamstring. Hold for 2 seconds and relax. To progress lift the non affected leg and hold for 5 seconds.
