Ever wondered how does a coffee drum roaster work? In today's video we will be looking inside a commercial coffee drum roaster. I open my commercial coffee roaster up and show the inner workings. While it isn't a complete anatomy of a coffee roaster, we do look at many of the parts and pieces that make my roaster work and talk about what it takes to keep in operational.
