LoomAI: Setting up LoomAI

Hook LoomAI up to your FABRIC account. Total time, under five minutes. The flow: pull a token from the FABRIC portal, hand it to LoomAI, and let LoomAI auto-generate the SSH and LLM keys you need before you can actually run experiments.
