Losing its MAGIC?

10 years ago I made a short called More Than Magic with the name reflecting that Magic Wood was more than the climbing, it was about the environment and the beautiful setting it existed in. I have returned a few times since and often reflected on how it changed over the years. But this time, I guess I was actually pretty shocked at the impact of climbers on Magic Wood . All the boulders caked in chalk, literally hundred of 'stashed pads' (and fans) chained up, slowly decaying and all the paths eroded beyond control. So is Magic Wood losing its MAGIC? Can we collectively do something about it? I welcome a conversation in the comments below.
