Made with KK Floating in the ocean Lost at sea Making friends with all the creatures here They've come to swallow me Its been a while since i've been to see you I wouldn't even know where to start I wouldn't be able to stomach all of the pain I would focus in and softly fall apart If it came down to it They wouldn't think twice They'd tear me apart limb from limb But it'd feel so nice But it'd feel so nice But it'd feel so nice And I heard that you moved on I can only hope its true Too bad I never really cared that much All the talks and times we spoke of love If I took the time back.. Would things be any different? Make things work Make things hurt And so I made a home with the earth worms I've curled up under the subway shelter Ive slept next to the stray dogs Lying on the sidewalk Who wouldve guessed that sewer rats Could ever learn to talk ------------------------------------------------------------------ I recorded this simple ukulele pattern and told KK to sing something over it. She made a very pretty, gloomy song. She took videos in the cemetary, and I hope I made a pretty, gloomy video.
