The plaintiff says the defendant was her tenant, and it was not a great relationship. In fact, another tenant of hers moved out because of several loud fights the defendant got into. When he moved out, he left quite a bit of damage and did not pay his rent in full, so she’s suing him. The defendant says he has no idea why he’s being sued, because he is not at fault for the things she claims he is.
