Oh, boy.....Bert has done it again with a delicious low carb treat. PECAN PRALINE FAT BOMBS. Here is the recipe. 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 2 tbsp sweetener (Bert used Monkfruit) 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt In a skillet over medium heat, toast the chopped pecans until you can lightly smell them toasting. BE CAREFUL NOT to burn them. Remove from heat and cool. In a bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract and a pinch of slat and mix well. Add pecans and mix well. Pour into a lightly sprayed dish OR use parchment paper in the dish. Let cool in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Break them apart and ENJOY!! Let us know what you think. NOTE: After eating a couple of bites, Bert has decided he would cut the sweetener back to 1 tbsp. He likes sweets, but, he usually cuts back no matter what he is fixing.
