Use these series of lower body stretches to feel better, move better, and become stronger. Each stretch has a different level of difficulty. Stay within your realm of ability until you can progress to the next one. Four Stretches 1. (easy to medium) 90/90 stretch will hit your hip rotators and glutes. 2. (medium) Seated Hamstring stretch will hit your hamstrings. 3. (challenging) Pterodactyl stretch will hit your glutes and hip flexor muscles. 4. (difficult) Front Splits will hit your groin area, hip flexor muscles and hamstrings all in one stretch.
