LU Decomposition by Gauss Elimination Method

Compared to the previous video, Gauss Elimination is much more robust, succeeding in cases where matrices are not directly solvable or are otherwise poorly conditioned. Gauss Elimination is essentially the use of row operations (addition, subtraction, and row swaps) to shape the matrix into the desired format. In this case, we want to yield an upper triangle matrix.
