After importing your model into LumenRT, this tool allows the placement of walking characters using a traffic tool walk-path.
It includes a feature called Population Control which allows you to control the density and minimum and maximum speed of the characters.
It also includes a feature called Walkway Control which enables you to control the geometry of the path you want the characters to follow.
And finally, you have a Characters feature that indicates which character you want to use in the population.
