Lung Cancer Detection MATLAB Image Processing

A robust Tumor detection and Segmentation method is applied to segment each individual cell from pathological images to extract the image features Proposed Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system based on FLICM (Fuzzy Local Information Cluster Means) algorithm used for segmentation, which automatically detect the lung cancer cells with the reduction in False Positive (FP).Back Propagation Network was used to classify the Cancer Detection Cells.
