Linux-based operating system – Ensures fast and stable performance (not Windows CE). Intuitive controls – 6 or 8 push buttons and 4 rotary switches (knobs) provide an easy-to-use interface. A remote stick (Optional) is available for added convenience. Flexible display orientation – Available in portrait or landscape mode (LX9xxx series). Preloaded databases – Comes with worldwide terrain maps, airspace, and airport data (downloadable from LXNav’s website). Advanced navigation tools – Unlimited waypoints, task management with assigned area support, and comprehensive flight/task statistics. Enhanced safety features – Displays nearest airports and out-landing fields. Multiple user profiles – Supports unlimited pilots and profiles. Integrated flight recorder – Complies with IGC specifications and stores flights in IGC format on an SD card. Real-time flight optimization – Supports FAI and OLC rules for competition flying. Advanced flight recorder functions – Includes a pressure transducer for altitude recording, an engine noise level sensor, and over 1,000 hours of flight storage with digital and mechanical security features.
