Macaroni & Tomatoes
-Boil 1 c elbow macaroni in water until al dente
-Drain macaroni and return to pot then add…
-1/2 stick butter
-1 can petite diced tomatoes
-1 tbsp tomato paste
-1/3 c white granulated sugar
-1 small can tomato sauce
-Salt & Pepper to taste
-Bring macaroni & tomatoes back to a boil until butter is melted
-Allow macaroni & tomatoes to simmer until thickened
*Better to eat after refrigerated, preferably the next day heated up*
