Machine Learning for Atom Probe Tomography @ MPIE

I recorded this talk because I could not attend the 12th International Symposium on Atomic Level Characterization for New Materials and Devices '19 taking place in Kyoto in October 2019: https://alc.jsps141.org/alc19/ The talk was broadcasted and I did a live question session afterwards (from my living room at 2am ) I had never done this before - interesting exercise indeed :) Some of this work was done as part of the BigMax network: https://www.bigmax.mpg.de/ that gathers together scientists from Max-Planck Institutes with an interest in using big data and machine-learning-type approaches to help the discovery of new materials, but also to help better, more automated and reproducible processing of experiments data to improve the reliability of the extracted information.
