MacOS Tahoe 26.2, FireFox Memory issues. Is this normal?

I recently upgraded to macOS Tahoe 26.2 and now my MBP is struggling. Just checking to see if anyone else is seeing similar issues and if so how did you fix it? My set up - M3 MBP w/64GB #apple #macostahoe #firefox ==========================================
