Magic Rose Fire Trick EXPLAINED

Is this the most romantic magic trick ever invented? No, not even close. It's a fake rose attached to a wire the flicks out of your hand at a super fast speed. For what it's worth, this trick is a lot of fun. Great to pull out in passing, or for kids. What I don't quite understand is the whole match mechanism. After the match is lit, you're supposed to blow it out and then the rose appears, but it's pretty impossible to line up the stem of the rose with the match perfectly hiding the match. Either way, I still use this to make roses appear out of people's ears. Check it out, and let me know what you think about it in the comments below.
