MAGNET Field Auto create Points from Linework

Is there a way to creatte points from linework in the field without additional office software? YES!!! INMAGNET Field V8 there is an option to automatically place points on lines. While there are MANY advantages to using office software for this, it can be done on the fly in the field in MAGNET.
