The second part of this program. Here you can see how to put on a furisode. It is a silk kimono with long sleeves. It's not the same kimono as maiko or geisha wear. The maiko's kimono is called susohiki (a kimono with long sleeves, but not as long as the furisode's, and it is also very long, to dance), and the geiko's is hikizuri (with short sleeves, like a tomesode but longer).
