Make BIG tall biscuits!

After many failed attempts to make a good biscuit, I finally learned enough to know how to get good, tall, flakey biscuits. Part of the success is the recipe of course, and much of it is also the techniques I show in this video. Here is the recipe: Ingredients 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) cream of tartar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon table salt 7 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, or butter-flavored Crisco, cut into small cubes 3/4 cup cold milk 2 tablespoons melted salted butter for brushing This is my first attempt at making and editing a video, I know it's crude, but I hope it helps you make great biscuits.
