This experiment reviews the changes needed to convert our semi-alarm system circuit into one a bit less forgiving once triggered. In fact, once it's triggered, the only way to turn it off is to cut the power. We substitute our LED with a diode, a couple NPN transistors, a PUT, handful of resistors, ceramic 2.2μF cap and an 8Ω speaker.
