I've broken the entire process into 2 videos, this being part 1, and a good place to start preparing this solution. I describe all of the lab equipment needed and provide the full recipe of chemicals and elements for completing the experiment. The final gold stripping solution proved to be highly successful but does have some minor drawbacks. Iodine can be quite expensive based on availability.
