Put in the work at home or at the gym to make your life outside of the gym easier. Exercise is important for so many reasons- improved balance, ability to get up and down off the floor, improved sleep, improved mood, decreased risk for dark cardiovascular disease, and countless other things. It’s easy to get in your head about exercise, thinking about exercise for exercise sake. But we don’t exercise to get better at exercising, we exercise to make life easier. Keep moving everyone!
