Make PixInsight 9.6X Faster! (CUDA GPU acceleration tutorial)

Using my Nvidia RTX3080 GPU for Pixinsight instead of using my AMD Ryzen 5950X CPU resulted in a speed increase of 9.6X in StarNet2. Here is how to speed up your PinInsight workflow using GPU acceleration.
