Make Regular AND Spicy DILL GREEN BEANS
Its green bean season and I want to show you how I make regular and spicy Dill Green beans. Below is the recipe for both variations. I made half of each recipe but this is the full recipe. Regular Dill beans 3 lbs green or yellow beans 3 3/4 cups white vinegar 3 3/4 cups water 1/3 cup pickling salt 6 cloves garlic crushed 6 sprigs Dill Spicy Dill Beans 2 lbs green or yellow beans 2 1/2 cups white vinegar 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 1 1/2 cups water 2 Tbsp sugar 3 Tbsp pickling salt Mix above ingredients and bring to a boil 8 Red Thai chili peppers (leave intact but cut slit down side) 4 garlic cloves crushed 2 tsp mustard seeds 2 tsp crushed pepper corns 8 sprigs Dill In each jar add 1/2 tsp of ground pepper, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 2 sprigs of dill and two peppers Music is from Epidemic sounds : https://www.epidemicsound.com/referral/x6ftsf/ Here are links to some of the products I use.
