Sand the rough edges off the hex nut. Place hex nut into the balloon. Be careful CHOKING HAZARD with the hex nut in the balloon. Blow up the balloon and knot it closed. Swirl the balloon around in your hand. It takes practice to get the nut spinning.
The hex nut bumps up against the balloon causing the balloon to vibrate. The vibrations create sound that travel to your ear. Science!
