In this tutorial video, we build a no-code AI lead qualification workflow tailored for social media marketing agencies. You’ll learn how to automatically capture and score incoming leads, so your team only spends time on serious prospects. We use Make.com (formerly Integromat) to integrate a Tally web form with Airtable, apply an AI (ChatGPT/GPT-4) to classify each lead by budget, and then reach out via Gmail/Calendly while alerting the team in Slack. This end-to-end automation means new leads are evaluated and followed up on instantly. Lead Capture with Tally: We start by creating a simple Tally form that collects lead info (name, budget, needs, etc.). When a form is submitted, Make.com automatically sends the data into Airtable. This seamless Tally–Airtable integration automates data transfer and keeps records up-to-date in real-time. Storing Leads in Airtable: Each new submission creates a record in Airtable. This becomes your centralized CRM for new prospects. By automating this step, you eliminate manual entry and errors, and your whole team can review leads at a glance. AI Lead Qualification: Next, Make triggers an AI check using an OpenAI (ChatGPT/GPT-4) module. We feed the lead’s details to the AI with a prompt like “You are a sales assistant that qualifies leads.” The AI returns “Qualified” or “Not Qualified” (with reasoning) based on criteria like budget and needs. This instantly filters out low-potential inquiries. Automated Outreach (Gmail + Calendly): If the AI marks a lead as Qualified, the scenario branches. Make.com automatically sends a personalized email via Gmail to that lead. The email includes a unique Calendly scheduling link so the prospect can book a meeting immediately. By integrating Calendly and Airtable, any new qualified lead can directly trigger an appointment being set up. This means your hottest leads get swift follow-up without manual effort. Sales Team Notification (Slack): At the same time, Make alerts your sales team in Slack. For example, we configure Make to send a Slack message whenever there’s a new qualified lead in Airtable. “New records in Airtable” can trigger Slack and email notifications to notify the right people. This keeps everyone in the loop in real time. With this setup, qualified leads get an instant response and booking option, while unqualified leads can be tagged or thanked politely. By using Make.com and AI together, you automate the entire pre-sale pipeline—from qualification to enrichment to personalized outreach. Integrating Tally, Airtable, Make.com, Slack, and Gmail can save businesses hundreds of hours. Watch this video to see every step: from configuring the Tally form and Airtable base, to writing the AI prompt and setting up the Gmail/Calendly messages. We show you exactly how to connect the modules in Make.com so you can replicate the flow. By the end of the tutorial, you’ll have a powerful AI assistant that automatically scores new leads and books meetings, freeing up your team to focus on closing deals.
