Making a heated shelf for a Reticulated Python.

This video shows the general construction of a heated shelf. Adding a shelf provides a larger surface area in an enclosure, and some species absolutely love it. The height of this cage can make it complicated to heat and it consumes more electricity to obtain the required temperature. This heated shelf sorts out that issue.
