Making a Mobile Tool Base

In this video I show you how to build a mobile tool base. I spent too much money on tools and didn't want to / couldn't afford to purchase a mobile tool base so I decided to build my own using the lumber I had laying around. The foot activated lifting mechanism is based on the design of metal foot activated foot levers.
