Making a small kitchen knife | knifemaking

A small kitchen knife made from 80CRV2 high carbon steel, hardened to ~60HRC. The handle material is an acrylic plastic material. I had some trouble with the bevels on this one but at the end it looks ok! On the other hand the heat treatment worked perfectly with my new oven! I hope you find this video helpful and inspiring!
