Making an Internal Gear Wheel
In this video, we make an internal gear wheel (Ring gear wheel) and show the full machining workflow from start to finish.
The original sample came from a dough mixer machine, and the new gear wheel is made to match the dimensions and tooth profile.
The process includes sizing the stock, boring, slotting the internal teeth, drilling PCD holes, finishing cuts, and inspection.
