Making & Canning Pepper Jelly
This is Ball's recipe for making and water bath canning delicious pepper jelly! You can make it spicy by leaving the jalapeño pepper seeds in or not spicy by removing them. It is a beginner friendly recipe and the first thing I canned many years ago! *Recipe says that it makes about 6 half pint jars but I was able to get a 1/4 pint jar filled as well.
