Making Concrete Dragon Eggs

Mrs. Brown wanted to try dragon eggs! They look so cool and otherworldly and it seemed like a pretty easy process to replicate. It wasn't quite the 3 easy steps I was promised, but I believe I've found a method that works very well and should be repeatable for anyone else who wants to attempt it.
