Making elasticated straps for a PPE visor

Lots of people are also making 3D printed visors to help with PPE supply, but apparently elastic is in short supply. As a result, I've had a couple of enquiries about adapting rapstraps as a replacement. In this video I have a go a making clasps to fit some moulded visors provided by Rutland Plastics.
