so I finally got round to to making a batch of my elderberry wine.
a cheeky kilo of elderberries and half a kilo of dried apricots and your off to making some really tasty wine.
I have reduced the quantity of the elderberries so it is quicker to mature as elderberry can take ages to mellow out.
