We had such a huge mango crop this season we can hardly keep up. I've decided to make batches of Mango Jam so we can enjoy this year's fruit all year long. In this recipe I mix the sugar with water but mangos have enough juice that if you prefer thicker jam you can mix the sugar directly with the fruit.
