Making Room for a Harbor – Cutting Down My Train Layout for Water

To build a proper waterfront, I needed more depth—so I cut into my train layout. In this video I walk through how I removed foam board, lined the opening, and added a wooden base so the harbor sits lower than ground level. This step sets up the dock and water scene that’s coming in later videos.
