In this video, I tried making a same day sourdough loaf by following an online recipe tutorial and documenting the whole process from start to finish! 🍞
I loved how this recipe made sourdough feel much more achievable without the long wait of a traditional overnight loaf. From mixing and stretching the dough to baking the final loaf, it was really satisfying watching everything come together in less than 24 hours.
I also made a few small adjustments along the way and enjoyed learning more about the sourdough process while creating my own version at home. The final result had a crispy crust, soft interior, and amazing fresh bread smell straight out of the oven.
