Dr. Jim Malley is a professor at the University of New Hampshire in Environmental and civil engineering. He is an expert in ultraviolet and its effect on killing pathogens, including Covid-19. I interviewed him about the use of UV-C devices to combat the present pandemic and provide personal protection in enclosed spaces. This will be a companion to a Forbes article by Marc Weber Tobias.
