The Mana Wars is a comedic take on inheritance disputes, where five eccentric heirs engage in a hilariously chaotic battle over their late ancestor’s fortune. Dressed in the most impractical outfits for mountain climbing, they argue, strategize, and clash in the most ridiculous ways — all in the pursuit of wealth and glory.
This project was led by Ciena Caitleen David, with members Rikki Marie Pajares, Dan Marc B. Borre, Carol Lopez, and Hydoe James Elan. Filming was an adventure in itself —we climbed a mountain in the most ridiculous outfits possible for such a hike, all in the name of comedy. Between struggling up the trail in our impractical costumes and bursting into laughter mid-scene, the experience was as fun as it was exhausting. Despite the challenges, we had an unforgettable time bringing The Mana Wars to life!
