Cake Recipe
1 C APF
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp b.powder
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c oil
6 TBSP water
4 eggyolks
1 tsp vanilla
4 egg whites
1/4 c sugar
Mango Confit
200 g puree mango
30g sugar
5 g cornstarch
5 g unflavored gelatin
35 ml water
For the frosting, I used whipped cream.
Bake at 350 F for 30 mins
