Mango's Theme - Blackfeather

A remaster of this Blackfeather classic. Recording took place at Festival Studio in late 1970, with the sessions spanning many weeks. This was a 4 track recording - Drums - left, Bass - middle, Guitar - right, Strings - center. It was originally just a live trio recording. Over-dubs were done on the guitar track - one about half way thru the guitar melody, before the strings enter (you can hear the guitar's tone change slightly.), Others were the Guitar Cadenzas at the end - each break was recorded separately and spliced together. About 4bars of guitar solo was edited out because of bad notes - you can hear the edit at the end of the solo were the String Ensemble "jumps" in a bit.
