This is a chase theme for MANOS-1966, final boss of RIBBIT, and main antagonist of MANOS: Hands of Fate, one of the movies ever.
I replayed RIBBIT, both regular and genocide run (especially with the new ending in 2.5), and just had to make it after I beat MANOS.
