In this video I cover how to extract map images from a PDF and then how to place any image on a MapTool Map. This will also touch on how to use maps found on the internet. Different controls Paint: Use the “Select” tool to select parts for copying Ctrl+C=Copy Ctrl+V=Paste Ctrl+Z=Undo Ctrl+A=Select All Maptool Grid Controls Ctrl+G=View Grid Ctrl+Shift+A=Open Grid Toolbox Grid Toolbox Left Click+Drag=Move the maptool grid Right Click+Drag=Navigate around without adjusting grid Mouse Wheel Up=Make grid smaller Mouse Wheel Down=Make grid larger This tutorial uses MapTool, Foxit Reader, and MS Paint.
