a. Begin by getting a cup of marbles.
b. Sit with your knee at a 90 degree angle.
c. Spread the marbles out in a single layer on the floor in front of you
d. Using just your toes, grip each marble individually and lift and place it back into the cup.
e. Tips:
i. If they are too high it will be easy, if too low it will be difficult.
ii. If the cup tips over you begin again
