'Glorious' was the 30th single from Marc Almond and taken as the lead from his ninth solo album 'Stranger Things' released in 2001...both reached the lower regions in the UK Singles and Albums charts in England, unjustly, as MarcAlmond took a dip in sales at the time electronic music, and 80s artists did collectively...the album and single however sold well across Europe, especially in Germany, Poland and Russia where Marc Almond and Soft Cell still have a strong fan base.
