Audio Video presentation - Scene from my new book: Technous Anima - 2142 The Emergence of HomoTechnous Description: Mare Tranquillitatis Pit - Lunar Base Alpha The terminal stretched outward in layered arcs carved directly into the walls of the Mare Tranquillitatis pit, a colossal hollow cut deep into lunar stone. Above it all, spanning the entire excavation, the dome held. It wasn’t seamless. Vast hexagonal panels interlocked into a lattice of reinforced transparency, each segment part of something too large to comprehend all at once. From below, the structure caught and fractured distant starlight, faint seams glowing where one plate met another. It felt less like a window, and more like a boundary negotiated with the vacuum itself.
