when you look deeper into Japril's storyline, you realize that Mark Sloan had a huge impact in this relationship. He was the first one that tried to make japril a couple and then proceeded to give Jackson a beautiful advice about love after losing the love of his life, which later on gave Jackson the strengh to stand up at April's wedding and confess his love. I made this little video in honor of Mark and the impact he had in this beautiful relationship. So sad that he never got to see these two together. :(
