In the end, the Mass Effect trilogy highlights how "woke" again was not some "2015 thing." It celebrates the genetic annihilation of Europeans through miscegenation, and actually culminates with the Crucible's Synthesis option as the desired outcome. This basically equates to galactic miscegenation between every organic and inorganic being to create a new DNA and thereby "resolve" the interstellar, galactic conflict.
Sure, the games were a lot of fun, but if you step back and think about them profoundly, their philosophy is rather dark and perverse.
